We are getting conflicting reporting on our google analytics regarding our website. After speaking with a Google Representative they notified us that we have two codes running. He suggested that we use only 1 of the two codes on ALL pages. It looks like UA-37959910-1 is being used on most pages and UA-30853710-1 is only on a few. Can we make this change? Also can the email email@example.com be added to the UA-30853710-1 account so that I can merge the properties on my end?
We'll look into this. The second set of UA codes may be from the prior site.

From our programmers:
All pages/templates have been updated to
use UA-37959910-1. Make sure they sync their Contribute with the latest changes
on the server.
Jenna, do you know how to do that?
Sue, I do not know how to sync with Contribute. Is there a video I could follow?
That means that the pages on YOUR side (your saved pages on your computer) have the wrong Google Analytics code. You need to overwrite yours with what's on the server.
Option #1 You need to download the templates (and pages) on the server and let them overwrite yours.
Option #2 My suggestion is this: create a NEW folder called BSC Website 2017, leave it empty. We make a connection to the website in Contribute (like a new site) and then download the entire website to that new folder. Any updates you do come from that folder. It's like retiring the current website (on your computer) and starting with new site. Almost every page was touched; it's easier to do it this way than know that you've overwritten all pages.
Option #3 A third choice is: check EVERY page and EVERY template on the server and overwrite yours with them by date. You have to check every date and get the newer ones. But #2 above is easier and safer. You can make coffee while the site downloads.
Need to discuss?
I like option #2, but need to discuss!! :)
I think #2 is right, too. I'll be back in the office at 2:30. Please call after that or tomorrow. Am here most of the day, too.
